BeastFusion Software License and Purchase Terms

1. License and permitted installation

For a one-time $499 purchase, SEANGWORLD grants the purchaser a nonexclusive, nontransferable except as authorized, perpetual license to use the purchased BeastFusion version on one active computer or server. Each installation requires a unique key. Additional computers or servers require additional $499 licenses. No ownership of BeastFusion intellectual property is transferred. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, sharing keys, and circumventing license protections are prohibited.

2. Updates and support

The purchase includes 12 months of software updates from purchase. Updates thereafter are optional and may be offered for a separate fee, with no automatic renewal. The purchased version may continue to be used after the update period. Self-install documentation and AI-first troubleshooting are included. Human escalation is available for issues that cannot be resolved through self-service, without a guaranteed response time.

3. Customer responsibilities

The purchaser installs the software and provides their own compatible computer, Git repository, AI provider account, API credentials and billing. AI-provider usage and third-party charges are not included in the purchase price. The customer is responsible for checking AI-generated changes and approving production operations, and retains rights in their own existing code and project materials.

4. Refunds

A purchaser who has not activated the license may request a change-of-mind refund within 14 days of purchase. If a valid key fails to activate or BeastFusion has a confirmed material defect, support will attempt remediation; if the issue cannot be corrected, a refund may be available within 30 days of purchase. Activated licenses are not otherwise refundable solely due to a change of mind. Statutory refund and consumer-protection rights are not limited by this policy. Third-party AI provider charges are not refundable by SEANGWORLD.

5. Replacement devices and termination

A legitimate replacement device may receive an owner-authorized license reset through support, which deactivates the prior installation. A license may be terminated for material agreement violations, subject to applicable notice or cure requirements and law.

6. AI outputs, warranties and liability

Automated software suggestions and generated code may contain mistakes and require customer validation. No outcome, revenue, or uninterrupted third-party service is guaranteed. Any warranty disclaimers and limits of liability operate only to the extent allowed by applicable law and cannot exclude nonwaivable legal protections.

7. Privacy and credentials

Account, purchase, license, installation-binding, support, and agreement acceptance records are used to deliver and administer the software. The local runtime stores configuration and job records on the customer's device. AI API keys are intended to remain in process memory for the active session. Selected source files and objectives may be sent to the customer's chosen AI provider with explicit customer consent. The provider's own privacy and billing terms also apply. Do not send passwords or API keys to support.
